Foster Lake & Pond Management (FLPM) is looking for a dedicated, high-energy Service Manager to join our Jacksonville team. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for managing high-value client relationships, overseeing a team of Technicians and Associate Service Managers (ASMs), and ensuring the ecological health and compliance of our clients' aquatic systems.

The RoleAs the Service Manager, you are the face of FLPM for our clients. You will manage a large portfolio of accounts, ensuring all Annual Service Agreements are executed with precision. You aren’t just managing accounts; you are mentoring the next generation of aquatic experts and upholding the gold standard of stormwater and pond management.
Key Responsibilities- Account & Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing detailed service reports and ensuring all compliance issues are communicated within 2 business days.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise, train, and provide oversight for Technicians and Associate Service Managers. Conduct bi-annual performance reviews and lead on-site assessments to foster professional growth.
- Operational Excellence: Utilize CRM tools to track repairs and compliance. Ensure all Certified Annual Inspections are scheduled and completed well ahead of regulatory deadlines.
- Technical Expertise: Lead the installation of fish structures, fountains, aeration systems, and plantings. Audit service accounts monthly to ensure quality control.
- Sales & Growth: Act as a subject matter expert for FLPM products and services. Identify repair or enhancement opportunities to improve the client’s aquatic environment.
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree or experience in Environmental Management, Fisheries Science, or Stormwater Maintenance preferred.
- Experience: Proven background in aquatic vegetation management, fountain/aeration maintenance, and boat operation/trailering.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead a team with kindness, respect, and accountability.
- Licensing: Must possess a Florida Aquatic Pesticide Application license (or be able to obtain it) and a valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and general business apps; ability to operate hand tools, small equipment, and pumps.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and environments (water, mud, etc.).
- Ability to perform strenuous physical activity, including swimming and lifting up to 80 lbs.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
