Estimated Weekly Salary
- Weekly Salary Range: $1800 - $1840 per week (estimated)
- Employment Type: Locum Tenens (Travel Nursing Contract)
- Location: Plano, TX 75075
- Healthcare Setting: Level II-III NICU (41 beds)
- Nursing Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 10/27/2025 – End: 1/26/2026)
- Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
- Dress Code: Royal Blue Scrubs
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of recent Level II-III NICU nursing experience
- Level III-IV NICU experience preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to float to Nursery as needed
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality neonatal care in a busy NICU environment
- Provide respiratory support, micro-premie care, and assist with neonatal surgical procedures (excluding heads/hearts)
- Operate advanced NICU equipment including HFOV, conventional ventilators, CPAP, NIPPV, and central lines
- Document patient care using CPN and Meditech EMR systems
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with NICU unit guidelines and hospital policies
