The Role
- Overseeing and performing financial tasks. The specialist will research, resolve, and monitor issues within the Revenue Cycle.
- Monitor all facets of billing and invoice management including revenue entry, supplier payments, customer service, and client invoicing. This will be handled in accordance with the company’s best practices protocol, with an emphasis on maximizing satisfaction and profitability. The Revenue Cycle Specialist will ensure that payments and invoices are processed timely, accurately and with a great deal of attention to data integrity.
- Responsible for creating invoices, inputting contractor and sales payments, monitoring profitability of ongoing projects, and executing and auditing various company financial reporting. The Revenue Cycle Specialist will regularly collaborate with customer service, sales, and members of the finance TEAM to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Degree in related field preferred but not required)
- Incredible attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
- Experience in logistics/transportation preferred but not required
