About The Role

You will collaborate regularly with customer service, sales, and finance TEAM members to research issues, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong financial data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and process customer invoices
- Input contractor and sales payments
- Monitor ongoing project profitability
- Execute and audit financial reports
- Research, resolve, and track issues within the revenue cycle
- Provide exceptional internal customer service
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant billing and payment activity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Degree in a related field preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
- Experience in logistics/transportation is a plus, but not required
