The Role
The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing business processes and driving efficiency within the organization. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Create and maintain relationships with stakeholders and departments to identify their needs and requirements.
- Support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency using industry standard analytical tools and methods.
- Analyze business processes and operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Work with Manager, Innovation Operations on research and development for new technology applications.
- Collaborate with Data and Innovation TEAM on enterprise data and integration initiatives.
- Provide ongoing client support for processes and tools including but not limited to SOPs, Work Instructions, and other ancillary documentation.
- Provide valuable insights and share findings with decision-makers to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Demonstrate initiative and sense of urgency in not only completing assigned work but being proactive in initiating creative thought to improve processes and solve problems.
- Develop and maintain a positive and productive working relationship with immediate supervisor, senior management team, department managers, general managers, co-workers, contractors, and customers with the Company’s best interests as a top priority.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Certification in some level of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of business or data analysis experience.
- Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR).
- Remain current on the latest technology regarding essential functions of the position.
This is a full-time position that comes with a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include:

- Full-time position.
- Generally, Monday through Friday, first shift. Occasional overtime as necessary, including nights and/or weekends.
