The Work
- Clean 2–3 homes per day
- Follow a clear system (we train you)
- Work at a steady, consistent pace
- Communicate with your team
- Build trust with clients over time
This Works Well For Someone Who:
- Likes routine and structure
- Takes pride in doing things the right way
- Doesn’t need constant change to stay engaged
- Can take feedback without making it personal
- Stays calm and steady, even on harder days
This Does NOT Work Well For Someone Who:
- Wants to do things their own way

- Is inconsistent with attendance or timing
- Needs fast growth or constant change to stay interested
