What This Role Looks Like

• Cleaning 2–3 homes per day
• Following a clear, proven system (we train you)
• Working at a steady pace while maintaining quality
• Communicating with your team throughout the day
• Showing professionalism and respect in every home

You’ll Do Well Here If You:

• Take pride in doing things the right way
• Show up consistently and on time
• Are comfortable with physical, hands-on work
• Can take feedback and adjust without resistance
• Stay steady and focused, even on imperfect days
• Are warm and respectful—but know how to stay on task

This Role Is Not a Fit If You:

• Prefer doing things your own way instead of following a system
• Struggle with consistency or reliable attendance
• Get easily overwhelmed by feedback or schedule changes
• Need constant variety or excitement to stay engaged
• Are mainly looking for fast advancement
