Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing to maintain the appearance of floors.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, ensuring all areas are clean and organized.
- Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment to remove stains and maintain freshness.
- Launder linens and other fabrics as required, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
- Provide custodial services in shared spaces, maintaining cleanliness in bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require extra care.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
- Reliable transportation is preferred for commuting between job sites.
