JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to physical kiosks and Windows-based systems.
- Perform root cause analysis in collaboration with remote teams.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and system-level software testing.
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and documentation.
- Validate new software releases prior to production deployment.
- Support customer site installations and field troubleshooting (10–30% travel).
- Participate in an on-call support rotation to ensure operational continuity.
- Document issues clearly and provide structured feedback to Engineering and Product teams.
- Identify recurring technical issues and recommend improvements.
- 3–5 years of experience in QA, Operations, Field Engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and defect tracking processes.
- Experience working with Windows-based systems.
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with hardware/software integrated systems.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in customer-facing environments.
- Willingness to travel 10–30% and work onsite at least 3 days per week.
- Comfortable participating in an on-call support rotation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven.
- Calm under pressure and customer-focused.

- Basic networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routers, switches).
