Role: Med Surg/Tele RN responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.
Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry, administer medications, prepare patients for procedures, document care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, manage multiple patients, ensure infection control, advocate for patients, facilitate discharge planning, and adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills: One year of recent Med Surg/Tele experience, valid RN license, current BLS certification; preferred certifications include NIHSS and ACLS. Must possess critical thinking, strong communication, technical skills, physical stamina, interpersonal effectiveness, and the ability to work under pressure. Visual acuity and the ability to perform motor tasks are required.
