- Assessing patient conditions, monitoring cardiac telemetry, and collaborating with healthcare teams
- Administering medications and treatments following standards
- Preparing patients for procedures, documenting care, and ensuring safety
- Educating patients and families, advocating for patient needs, and facilitating discharge planning
- Maintaining infection control and adhering to safety protocols
- One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS certification
- Critical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform clinical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and using PC technology
