Role: Inpatient Behavioral Health Therapist
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, deliver individual and group therapy, provide crisis intervention, and develop treatment and discharge plans for adult patients in an acute hospital setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and nurses to ensure patient stabilization and recovery. Complete psychosocial evaluations, maintain thorough clinical documentation, and support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment.
