- Analyzing medical histories, diagnostic results, and current health status to develop individualized care plans.
- Preparing and administering medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Reconciling medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluating patient responses to interventions and adjusting care as needed.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective care planning.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse; clinical specialty experience preferred.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state; BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA.
