- Assessing, prioritizing, and delivering care to patients with traumatic, acute, and emergent conditions.
- Responding swiftly to medical emergencies such as trauma activations, stroke alerts, and cardiac events.
- Administering medications, IV therapies, blood products, and emergency treatments.
- Collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, EMS, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilizing critical thinking and clinical judgment in high-acuity situations.
- Educating patients and families while maintaining compassionate, safe, care.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; current RN license in the appropriate state or multi-state/compact license.
- Preferred: at least one year of emergency or acute care experience.
- Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills.
