- BS in Pharmacy or an accredited Pharmacist Degree
- Current pharmacist licensure in relevant states
- Certified Immunizer or willingness to become one within 90 days
- Preferred: minimum of 1 year retail pharmacy experience involving prescription filling, verification, and pharmacy operations
