Key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions, assigning duties to and supervising CNAs, and ensuring care complies with all laws and standards.
Qualifications include: graduation from an accredited LPN program, active licensure in the applicable state, and CPR certification (obtained during orientation if not already certified).
Preferred experience: at least one year in skilled nursing.
