  • Performing admission and discharge duties, including completing assessments, documentation, and coordinating transportation
  • Providing wound care according to protocols
  • Leading CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with policies
  • Responding effectively to emergency situations

Requirements

  • Valid LPN licensure or certification
