- A current LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Missouri
- Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors with activities of daily living
- Encourage residents to socialize and stay engaged
- Create and maintain a safe environment for residents
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Collect and maintain patient history; record new data
- Take vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.)
- Follow instructions from and report updates to the RN or overseeing physician
