- Developing individualized care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status.
- Preparing and administering medications and treatments to ensure effective patient management.
- Reconciliation of medical records to maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions to meet care goals.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for effective care planning.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience; clinical specialty experience preferred.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Red Cross or AHA.
