- Developing and implementing procedure/treatment plans according to protocols
- Ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining equipment and work areas in a safe, clean condition
- Participating in performance improvement activities to uphold care quality
- Completing assigned goals efficiently
- Minimum education includes certification from ARDMS, CCI, or RVT, or being a recent graduate awaiting certification; proof of registry needed within 60 days
- Basic computer literacy required
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Licensure or certification must be obtained within 12 months if not already held
