- Assist with administration and documentation of local anesthesia, sedation, and IV procedures.
- Ensure patient comfort, monitor well-being, and educate on pre- and post-operative care.
- Prepare, sterilize, and set up instruments and surgical trays following infection control protocols.
- Take dental x-rays, prepare impression materials, and support medical clearances and record management.
- Support office operations including scheduling, greeting patients, and managing supplies.
- Collaborate with surgical and prosthetic teams for seamless patient care.
- Previous surgical assistant experience required.
- Valid certifications meeting state requirements.
- Strong manual dexterity and precision handling of instruments.
