- Providing direct client care through assessment, treatment planning, individual, family, group, and milieu therapy
- Planning and delivering client, family, peer, and community education
- Coordinating services with healthcare professionals, including physicians or ARNPs
- Supporting all aspects of clinical programming and ensuring quality care
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Preferred licensure: LPC, LPA, or LCSW upon hire
- At least 2 years of clinical experience
- Strong communication, assessment, and therapeutic skills
