Role: Clinical Sales Representative responsible for promoting the utilization of robotic surgical systems in the Wilmington, DE area.
Responsibilities: Partner with sales management to develop strategies, mentor surgical teams through training and OR integration, serve as a resource across surgical specialties, support regional events to increase system awareness, develop individual surgical plans, expand user base by working with KOLs, drive sales of instruments and accessories, mentor new team members, and manage administrative tasks.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years sales experience including 2 years in healthcare, a bachelor's degree, ability to travel up to 25%, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of the OR environment and success in high-energy settings are preferred.
Key Skills: Strong work ethic, team collaboration, persuasive communication, and ambition. Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
