Role: CT Technologist responsible for delivering high-quality imaging and ensuring patient safety at a medical center.
Responsibilities: Perform CT procedures, operate imaging equipment independently, maintain equipment hygiene, obtain clinical history, explain procedures to patients, ensure patient comfort and safety, administer contrast, position patients properly, review images, document accurately, monitor patient condition, organize workflows, support operational compliance, and assist with emergency response.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, at least 1 year of radiology experience, ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications, and BLS certification.
Skills and qualities: Technical proficiency in imaging, attention to detail, patient communication, infection control awareness, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols.
