Key Responsibilities
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to pediatric patients in the home setting
- Complete evaluations and assessments to determine individualized treatment needs
- Develop and implement personalized plans of care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Educate caregivers on strategies that support communication development outside of therapy sessions
- Collaborate with families, physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Maintain ongoing communication regarding patient progress, recommendations, and treatment goals
- Optional opportunities available for supervision and mentorship of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
Schedule Flexibility

Available options include:
- W-2 employment
- Independent contractor (1099) opportunities
- Caseloads ranging from approximately 8-25 visits weekly
- Opportunities available throughout Arizona

Required Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Current CPR certification
- AHCCCS ID
- Article 9 certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills
Preferred Experience
- Pediatric therapy experience
- Home health experience
