Compensation
- Earn between $84-$118 per hour

Role Responsibilities
As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will:
- Provide individualized physical therapy services in the home environment
- Evaluate patient needs and establish treatment goals that support functional development
- Design and implement personalized plans of care
- Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and ongoing recommendations
- Educate parents and caregivers on exercises, activities, and strategies to support progress between visits
- Collaborate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
- Communicate patient updates, progress, and treatment recommendations to appropriate stakeholders
- Foster strong therapeutic relationships with children and their caregivers
Flexible Scheduling Options
We believe clinicians should have flexibility in how they structure their schedules.
Available options include:
- W-2 employment
- Independent contractor (1099) opportunities
- Custom caseloads ranging from approximately 8-25 visits per week
- Opportunities available throughout Arizona

Required Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
- Active Arizona Physical Therapist license (PT or DPT)
- Current CPR certification
- AHCCCS ID
- Article 9 certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with pediatric populations
- Home health experience
