Compensation & Opportunities

Key Responsibilities
As an Occupational Therapist with PYG Therapy, you will:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to pediatric patients in their homes
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions designed to improve functional outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
- Educate caregivers and family members on techniques that support progress between visits
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
- Provide updates regarding patient progress, goals, and treatment recommendations
- Participate in care planning and ongoing treatment modifications as needed
- Optional opportunities available to supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)

- W-2 employment opportunities
- 1099 independent contractor opportunities
- Custom caseloads ranging from approximately 8-25 visits weekly

Required Qualifications
To be considered, applicants must have:
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license (OT, OTR, OTD, OTR/L, or MSOT)
- Current CPR certification
- AHCCCS ID
- Article 9 certification
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with pediatric populations
- Previous home health experience
New graduates and therapists transitioning into pediatric home health are encouraged to apply.
