This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Roseville, CA. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and investing in properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, managing transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Valid Real Estate License
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Real Estate transactions and Sales techniques
- Knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with real estate software and tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred
