Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with lane assignments and bowling equipment.
- Provide food service by taking orders, preparing food items, and serving beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bowling area, including lanes, seating, and dining areas.
- Monitor the safety of guests in the bowling area; ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during their visit.
- Assist in organizing and managing events such as birthday parties or league nights.
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience through friendly conversation and public speaking when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Skills in food service or knowledge of food safety practices are a plus.
- Experience working with children is beneficial for engaging younger guests effectively.
