Responsibilities
- Greet guests, take orders, and create a positive atmosphere that ensures guests have a memorable experience
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and NA beverages
- Monitor stock levels to ensure the bar is well-stocked and organized
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak times
- Accurately process cash and card transactions
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a sanitary environment
- Verify customer identification to confirm legal drinking age and recognize signs of intoxication to promote responsible service
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience is preferred, but we are always willing to train the right person who is a great fit for our team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak publicly when addressing groups of guests
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and a passion for providing exceptional service are essential
- Strong conflict management skills to handle guest concerns professionally
Schedule
We have a variety of evening and weekend shifts available. We want to find a schedule that meets our needs as a business and your needs as an employee.
Wages and Tips
All of our employees receive cash and credit card tips, which adds up to an average increase of $4-$7 per hour during our busy seasons.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
