POSITION SUMMARY
Accounting Coordinator supports and assists assigned Accountant - (Accounts Receivable/Accounts
Payable).

Essential Functions Statement(s)
• New customer/set up in MAS
• Key credit/debit memos and adjustments.
• Provide customers with documentation supporting invoices.
• Accounts Payable support - match invoices and ensure proper documentation.
• Brokerage Reporting - update sales activity and payroll hours in intranet.
• Miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
• Data Entry - customer or vendor invoices.
