Position Summary
The PixelFLEX Quality Control Lead (dvLED) will interface with Technical Service, Project Management, Sales, and Engineering to support all projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dvLED products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our customers. The Quality Control Lead will oversee the inspection, testing, documentation processes, and work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve product quality and resolve any quality-related issues.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate daily tasks, assignments, and work schedules to ensure efficient operation of the
quality control process.
- Oversee the inspection and testing of dvLED products to ensure compliance with established
quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control processes, guidelines, and checklists for consistent
evaluation of products.
- Conduct thorough visual and functional inspections of dvLED panels, assessing factors such as
pixel accuracy, color consistency, brightness, and uniformity.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues, and ensure consistency in the supply
chain.
- Responsible for maintaining spare parts inventory.
- May require on-site installation and programming for priority or intricate installations.
- Maintain and order supplies and tools for the PixelFLEX QC team.
- Coordinate with the Project Management for incoming and outgoing shipments of dvLED
products.
- Support the sales team by providing, organizing, and preparing demos.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Education and Experience
- 3-5 Years AV Integration/dv LED Experience
- Working knowledge of all necessary products relating to the application of LED direct view
- Video systems
- Willingness to travel to project sites as necessary
- Understanding of local, state, and federal permit requirements
- Experience with Construction Practices and Trades as they relate to AV installations
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at once
- Must be collaborative and comfortable working in a team environment
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals, and percentages
Language Skills
Ability to understand, read, write and speak English. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to successfully write reports, business correspondence, and policy. Ability to effectively present information, respond to questions, and professionally interact with managers, employees, clients, vendors, and the general public.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to recognize and define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and correct errors. Ability to understand and interpret basic financial data. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in a variety of forms and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
Other Qualifications
Exhibit an understanding of the AV Integration market. Must be able to handle multiple, simultaneous tasks effectively and efficiently while maintaining a professional, courteous manner. High integrity, including maintenance of confidential information, is expected. Must be able to exercise good judgment and positively influence others, including handling confrontations with poise. Advanced computer skills (including, but not limited to CAD, spreadsheets, word documents, Internet, and email) required. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends. Must be able to travel.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment for the Quality Control Lead is primarily that of a warehouse setting. The Quality Control Lead will also be required to complete site visits as necessary; some may be to active construction sites.
