This is a frontline role, working with the team directly on the floor to ensure safe, efficient, productive daily operations. This role will be responsible for a Second Shift (Monday-Friday, 3:30pm – 12:00am, occasional overtime) team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a second shift team.
- Work side-by-side with the team to meet daily production goals.
- Promote a culture of safety by adhering to processes, conducting safety talks, and coaching appropriate behavior.
- Train new hires and coach team members.
- Direct assignments, monitor workflow, and keep operations running smoothly.
- Operate and oversee equipment, including cherry pickers.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Previous lead or supervisory experience in an industrial or warehouse setting.
- Experience operating or supervising use of cherry pickers.
- Reliable, hands-on leader.
- Commitment to a second shift environment.
- Strong safety-first mindset
