What You’ll Own
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders across multiple corporate functions
- Translate people strategies into actionable plans that support business objectives and organizational health
- Advise leaders on performance management, employee relations, talent development, and team effectiveness
- Leverage workforce data and insights to inform decisions around engagement, turnover, workforce planning, and talent risk
- Execute talent initiatives including performance management, development planning, and succession planning
- Support organizational design efforts including role clarity, capability alignment, and workforce structure
- Partner with leaders to drive change management and support transformation initiatives
- Collaborate closely with HR COEs, Shared Services, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and best practices
- Lead projects and HR workstreams with strong execution, prioritization, and stakeholder management
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a global, matrixed, or retail environment
- Proven success supporting senior leaders and driving HR strategies that impact business performance
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging HR data and workforce insights
- Experience across talent management, employee relations, change management, and organizational effectiveness
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- Excellent project management and prioritization capabilities
- High degree of professionalism and sound judgment with confidential matters
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
