What You’ll Own
- Lead and develop a high-performing allocation team through coaching, training, and ongoing capability building
- Drive strategic allocation initiatives aligned to broader merchandising and business goals
- Partner with Buyers and Planners on pre-season assortment and location-level SKU strategies
- Oversee detailed store planning and space allocation strategies to support sales and inventory productivity
- Serve as a subject matter expert across key allocation and order management systems, including Quantum
- Represent the allocation function in divisional strategy discussions and key business initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with Field teams to identify trends, competitive opportunities, and localized product needs
- Ensure inventory readiness and allocation support for new store openings and strategic launches
- Monitor action plans, KPIs, and team goals to ensure strong execution and measurable results
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Strong experience leading allocation, inventory strategy, or merchandising operations within retail
- Deep understanding of allocation systems and OMS platforms; Quantum experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with data-driven insights
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
