What You’ll Own
- Lead the company’s pricing strategy across promotional, permanent, and clearance merchandise
- Develop and manage pricing KPIs and lifecycle margin performance metrics
- Drive adoption and growth of regular price optimization initiatives
- Leverage advanced analytics including elasticity, competitive insights, and market share data
- Lead testing strategies to validate pricing hypotheses and optimize outcomes
- Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, finance, and leadership teams
- Identify process and technology enhancements to improve pricing capabilities
- Lead teammates responsible for price execution accuracy and operational delivery
- Build strategic staffing, succession, and development plans for the team
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- 7–10 years of corporate retail experience
- Strong experience in pricing, merchandising, planning, or merchandising services
- Advanced analytical capabilities and ability to interpret complex data sets
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting platforms
- SQL and/or Python knowledge strongly preferred
- Strong leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive adoption of strategic initiatives
- Strong commercial acumen and customer-facing pricing instincts
