What You’ll Own
- Support end-to-end product setup including style creation, SKU attribution, UPC creation, and divisional item maintenance
- Ensure product data is built accurately and delivered within vendor and purchase order deadlines
- Maintain and update item attributes, style data, and product records to ensure system accuracy
- Partner with merchant teams to support family code setup and digital product detail page readiness
- Monitor business reports and dashboards, including Power BI and product flow reporting, to identify issues and drive resolution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with buying, marketing, copy, and imaging teams to ensure product launches are execution-ready
- Maintain vendor deadline calendars and support timely workflow management
- Assist with sizing chart setup and ongoing vendor-related updates
- Identify data discrepancies and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- 1–2 years of experience in merchandising operations, data integrity, retail systems, product setup, or related functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and process discipline
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and deadlines
- Experience within retail, merchandising, e-commerce, or consumer product environments strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage operational workflows
