***This is a 2-3 month contractor position onsite in Imperial, PA***
We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to support our IT operations across both corporate and operational environments. This role is highly hands-on and fast-paced - you’ll be responsible for keeping critical systems running smoothly while also contributing to projects that improve how we work. You’ll support a mix of end-user needs, hardware and infrastructure, and cross-functional IT initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support daily IT operations across a variety of systems, including endpoints (computers, iPads), peripherals (scanners, printers), networks, and conference room technology
- Provide real-time support to on-site staff, addressing technical issues and requests as they arise
- Manage and resolve IT Help Desk tickets for remote users (troubleshooting, software access requests, etc.)
Requirements
- Experience in IT desktop support, help desk, or a similar hands-on role
- Strong troubleshooting skills across computer hardware and software (70% macOS, 20% Windows, 10% iPadOS)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and help desk workflows
