We are looking for positive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented candidates to join our talented team as Retail Front of House Associates for Wigle Whiskey Distillery.
We are looking for individuals who love Spirits and retail sales. Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and share your enthusiasm for the world of spirits with customers. As a vital member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, promoting our diverse spirit selection, and contributing to a vibrant and welcoming store atmosphere.

Primary responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Lead customer interactions in our bottle shop.
- Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, finding customer needs, & making product recommendations.
- Maintain knowledge of our dynamic line of spirits.
- Support product replenishment to keep the shelves & displays full.
- Maintain a clean workplace environment through regular cleaning procedures.
- Support Retail Manager with knowledge of current sales and promotions.
Qualifications
- RAMP certification is required on the first day of employment
- Previous Retail and Customer Service preferred
- ServSafe certification is a plus
- Bartending Experience is a plus but not required
- Must possess strong customer service skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or food service role is a must.
- Available to work on-call, shifts, after hours, weekends, and holidays
