Job Summary
The role of Shipping Rotation supports production and warehouse operations by operating a stand-up forklift to move product, loading trailers with large double-stacked boxes safely and accurately, and lifting and handling product as needed. The position requires a strong focus on food safety, quality standards, and workplace safety while performing assigned duties and supporting overall production needs.
While performing the duties of Shipping Rotation, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions with slippery surfaces; moving mechanical parts; fast paced cold environment (<32°F to -35°F). Position requires standing throughout the shift and the use of PPE is required in all areas of the facility.
Responsibilities
- Operating stand up fork lift moving boxes of product
- Loading trailers with large double stacked boxes safely and accurately
- Lifting and handling of product and boxes
- Filling out paperwork as needed
- Ensuring food safety and quality
- All other duties as assigned to support production
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be able to obtain Fork Lift Drivers Certification
- Ability to work flexible hours (come in early or stay late, including weekends when needed)
- Previous warehousing experience (preferred)
- Must be able to work in fast-paced environment
Pay: $22.00 per hour
