What Does the Job Require?
We’re looking for an experienced Service Writer to be the frontline contact for our Service Department. You’ll intake units, gather documentation and photos, schedule appointments, and act as the go-between for techs, managers, and customers. You’ll handle phone calls, answer emails, and keep our DMS updated and organized. You’ll also support showroom cleanliness and assist with walk-throughs and follow-ups.
This role demands a customer-first mindset, a calm-under-pressure attitude, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment.

What Work Schedule Is Required?
This is a full-time role based at the dealership during standard business hours. You’ll need reliable transportation, consistent availability, and the ability to stay productive throughout the workday. This is a fast-moving role that requires you to be on-site and engaged.

Education Requirements / Skill:
- No degree required. What we care about is experience, hustle, and people skills. You’ll need:
- Basic mechanical knowledge (so you can speak the customer's language)
- Customer service or service writing experience
- Comfort with email, phone, and digital scheduling tools
- Ability to prioritize and multitask without losing track of details
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
