- Welcome, greet, and direct guests throughout their visit
- Provide clear and accurate information about showtimes and ticketing
- Answer guest questions in person and on the phone in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with guests and fellow crew members
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain friendly, upbeat, and professional at all times
