- Welcome, greet, and direct guests throughout their visit while providing exceptional customer service.
- Answer guest questions about the show and venue.
- Offer beverages and snacks while maintaining our high standards of guest service.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude with guests and fellow crew members.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist other departments as requested by management.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
