Responsibilities for the NOC Tier 1 Support Specialist include:
- Monitor real-time applications and network systems to detect performance issues and potential failures.
- Analyze alerts, verify incidents, and escalate issues to Tier 2 or higher support as needed.
- Perform initial troubleshooting steps and document findings using the ticketing system.
- Maintain consistent operational coverage and generate reports as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless monitoring and issue resolution across electronic security systems.
- Support systems including intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audiovisual, IT infrastructure, perimeter defense, and command and control platforms.
- U.S. Citizenship required; applicants will undergo a government security investigation.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor’s degree and 1 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills and experience using ticketing systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-security environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of electronic security systems and IT infrastructure preferred.
