NOC Tier 1- TS

Join our dynamic Security and Electronic Systems team in Springfield, VA, as a Top Secret NOC Tier 1 Support Specialist, where you'll help safeguard critical infrastructure by monitoring and supporting advanced electronic security technologies for federal, local, and commercial clients in high-growth markets. Must have TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities for the NOC Tier 1 Support Specialist include:

• Monitor real-time applications and network systems to detect performance issues and potential failures.
• Analyze alerts, verify incidents, and escalate issues to Tier 2 or higher support as needed.
• Perform initial troubleshooting steps and document findings using the ticketing system.
• Maintain consistent operational coverage and generate reports as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless monitoring and issue resolution across electronic security systems.
• Support systems including intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audiovisual, IT infrastructure, perimeter defense, and command and control platforms.
  
  

Qualifications for the NOC Tier 1 Support Specialist include:

• U.S. Citizenship required; applicants will undergo a government security investigation.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree and 1 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills and experience using ticketing systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-security environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of electronic security systems and IT infrastructure preferred.
