Integrated Marketing Manager

Piper Companies is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager in Austin TX to join a growing B2B SaaS organization focused on helping enterprise customers maximize the value of data and AI solutions. The Integrated Marketing Manager will lead strategic account-based and integrated marketing initiatives, partnering closely with Sales, BDR, Product Marketing, and Operations teams to build scalable programs that drive pipeline growth, increase account engagement, and accelerate revenue generation. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity.

Responsibilities of the Integrated Marketing Manager:

• Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting key enterprise accounts across all stages of the customer journey.
• Build and expand account-based marketing programs that generate qualified pipeline and strengthen engagement with target organizations.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and BDR teams on account selection, segmentation strategies, lead management, and opportunity development.
• Coordinate cross-functional marketing efforts across digital, email, events, paid media, web, and content channels to ensure seamless execution.
• Analyze campaign performance, pipeline influence, and conversion metrics to optimize results and maximize marketing ROI.
  
  

Qualifications of the Integrated Marketing Manager:

• 5-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, integrated marketing, or account-based marketing.
• Proven experience launching or implementing an ABM program within an organization and establishing scalable processes.
• Track record of driving measurable pipeline growth and demonstrating marketing's contribution to revenue outcomes.
• Strong understanding of demand funnel stages, lead lifecycle management, inbound and outbound strategies, and multi-channel campaign execution.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, marketing automation platforms, and ABM technologies such as 6sense or Demandbase.
  
  

Compensation for the Integrated Marketing Manager includes:

• Salary range: $110,000 - $150,000 depending on experience
