Responsibilities for the Database Engineer/DBA:
- Contribute to the design and implementation of highly complex, enterprise-level data security, database architecture, and ETL solutions
- Evaluate, plan, and implement new database hardware, software, and tools, including cloud strategies.
- Define, and enforce standards for data security, including risk management, access control, data obfuscation, and encryption
- Improve data ETL processes for improved performance and scalability
- 8 years of database engineering experience
- Deep ETL experience focused on scalability and performance
- Experience with configuration/performance tuning of SQL databases/data warehouses
- Primary focus on SQL development and query optimization
- SQL data protection experience - CommVault, Rubrik, Veeam
- Comfortable working in Agile environment
- Salary: $125,000 - $140,000
