- Oversee method development and method validation for HPLC, UPLC, and GC
- Develop and train junior staff on analytical techniques and methods
- Review, revise and rewrite SOPs in the analytical development department
- Identify deviations, conduct investigations, determine root cause analysis and implement CAPAs
- Collect data from studies to interpret findings, write summary reports, and analyze data for accuracy
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or similar field
- 5 years of experience in a fast-paced medical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience with analytical chemistry techniques and equipment including pipetting, pH meters, UV-Vis, Karl Fischer, FTIR, etc
- Experience with mass spectrometry including LC-MS and GC-MS preferable
- Strong organizational and written communication skills
- Compensation: $55-60/hr, based on experience
