Responsibilities of the AI Engineer:
- Build and deploy agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, and AutoGen
- Design and implement multi-agent orchestration workflows and RAG pipelines using vector databases and semantic search
- Develop prompt engineering strategies and fine-tuning workflows for domain-specific tasks
- Create CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment and monitoring systems for performance and drift detection
- Deploy AI workloads on Azure (AKS, Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services) and manage infrastructure using Terraform/ARM templates
- Integrate AI agents with development tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub, JIRA, Polarion) and ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling
- 5 years of AI/ML engineering experience with production LLM deployment
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks and multi-agent systems
- Strong experience with RAG implementations and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
- Proficient in Python and AI/ML libraries (transformers, langchain, llamaindex)
- DevOps/MLOps expertise including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation
- Azure cloud experience (AI Foundry, Azure ML, AKS, OpenAI, Cognitive Services); AWS/GCP experience also considered
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, etc.) with strong understanding of compliance requirements
- Strong software engineering practices including version control, testing, documentation, and code review
- API development experience with REST/GraphQL and webhook integrations
- Database experience with SQL, NoSQL, and vector database
- Salary Range: $150,000-$180,000
