Part-time Administrative Assistant

Pioneer Valley Regional School is seeking a Part-time Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will become part of our collegial and high-performing main office team.ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct phone callsManage student attendance, tardy slips, and bus notesGreet visitors, students, and families entering the officeAssist students who are sent to the office throughout the daySupport preparations for the opening of the school year and graduation activitiesAssist with the administration of MCAS testingManage the school's bell and announcement systemsMaintain attendance records and other office documentationProvide general clerical and administrative support as neededOther duties as may be assignedAbout our schoolWith 240 students in Grades 7-12, PVRS is a small, rural school in Western Massachusetts with a close-knit community and a commitment to academic excellence. The anticipated salary range for this position may be found in the contract of the Pioneer Valley Association of Support Personnel..
