What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional care to colleagues, clients, and community.
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their business needs and provide appropriate loan solutions.
- Review and approve loans within established lending limits or refer them to higher authority for approval.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies during the loan review process.
- Review comprehensive loan proposals and present them to the Loan Committee for approval.
- Monitor existing loans and credit lines to ensure adherence to terms and proactively manage any risk factors.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of loan applications, approvals, and denials.
- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate the underwriting process.
- Represent the Bank in local community as appropriate.
- Review and process construction draws, payments, new loans, and renewals.
- Answer loan related questions from clients.
- Have a desire to serve and put the needs of clients and our community first.
- Have excellent time management and follow-up skills.

- Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Have outstanding customer service skills.
- Understand credit underwriting and how to navigate the lifecycle of a loan.
- Have 5 years of experience in commercial loans.
- Understand the importance of following documented procedures to execute duties.
