What You’ll Do
- Install conduit, wiring, electrical panels, and circuits, including trenching and underground work.
- Test newly-installed generators to ensure proper function and resolve issues on the spot.
- Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth.
- Pursue certifications if needed – we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves.
- Own your route and represent Pioneer with professionalism.
- Valid tech ID with Generac (preferred).
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.
